We then put together a script. The first draft was based on the initial idea to have a young girl chased through the woods by a menacing man who at the end possessed her.

In the second and final draft, we decided that she would already be possessed, as the innocence of the girl juxtaposed with the terror of Satan would make for a more interesting antagonist, who chases a young man through the woods. It is the same basic idea with the roles reversed.
